How DrSEO reviews and presents listings

1. Baseline review

Before publication, we check that the website works, the profile is accurate and the site offers a real product, service, business or useful resource.

2. Relevance and category fit

Every listing has one main category. We avoid unnecessary duplicates and do not create extra pages just to manufacture search traffic.

3. Independent discovery

The DrSEO team may add a useful website independently, with no commercial relationship. The owner can later claim the profile and request factual corrections.

4. Editorial selection

Editor’s selection labels reflect independent editorial choices. They cannot be bought and are not automatically given to paying businesses.

5. Sponsored visibility

Approved listings can pay for extra visibility. Sponsored placement is clearly labeled and never bypasses the normal review standards.

6. Ownership and corrections

Ownership claims are separate from paid plans. Verified owners can request factual updates or removal after reasonably proving control of the listed website or business.

7. Review dates and ongoing accuracy

Profiles show when their directory record was last reviewed or updated. A date describes our profile review, not a guarantee that every external page remains unchanged. Owners and visitors can report factual corrections at any time.

8. Ratings and scores

DrSEO does not display invented user-review totals or synthetic star ratings. If an editorial score is introduced in the future, the scoring criteria, evidence and scale will be published beside it. Paid placement can never increase an editorial assessment.

9. No ranking guarantees

DrSEO does not sell guaranteed search rankings, fabricated traffic numbers or invented authority metrics. Search engines decide independently how they crawl, index and rank pages.
